i am currently not taking commissions for a period of time｡ my prices are not listed at this time but waitlist is still open｡by commissioning me , you agree that you have read and accepted all of the following terms and conditions｡the terms of service may be edited in the future but any changes will only apply to those who commission me after the changes .ᐟmost importantly , please respect my right to decline your order if i feel it is not fit for me or other reasons｡

𐙚 general

・ i only accept minor revisions once the sketch is complete , after the sketch is confirmed no further revisions will be made｡・ if there is a due date or a deadline , be sure to inform me at least 2 weeks in advance｡ (+rush fee)・waitlist ; you will be contacted when it is your turn in the queue｡ please reply within 48hrs or i will move onto the next client ﹠ remove you from the waitlist｡・ i reserve the rights to my artwork｡ this means i can use , upload or stream your commission or progress anywhere｡ (+privacy fee)・ be sure to include clear reference images , i accept boards ﹠ descriptions but i may decline if i find it's too complicated｡・please keep in mind that prices are listed per character ﹠ there may be additional fees depending on complexity｡・estimated time of delivery varies depending on current workload ﹠ complexity｡ it could be anywhere from minimum 3 daysᅳ2 months maximum｡

𐙚 usage

・ commissions are for personal use only｡・ please inquire about commercial usage or merchandise usage as they are both individual added fees｡・ you may repost the art as long as you credit me ﹠ only if you are the commissioner｡・ do not resell without permission ﹠ do not trace , copy , or alter my artwork in any shape or form｡ absolutely do not use my work for or for anything related to AI/NFT/crypto｡

𐙚 will not draw

・ mecha , complicated armor , elderly people , overly masculine characters , severe gore ﹠ anything hateful or offensive｡ minor gore or blood is ok｡ nsfw strongly depends on the request｡ (+nsfw fee)

𐙚 payment & cancellation

・ all payments must be issued upfront , payment plans may be discussed｡・payments are in USD , via paypal invoice only｡・there are no refunds once work has begun ᅳ working fee will be applied to refunds/cancellations｡・if there is a rush or set deadline, i will apply the rush fee｡・extra fees listed above ᅳ rush/deadline , private/privacy , nsfw｡
